I was so excited to be able to throw a cocktail party in celebration of this couple's upcoming nuptials! They were having a destination wedding so they wanted to be able to celebrate with those who would not be able to make the trip. It was a great success and so much fun to put together.
I absolutely love working with LaLuna Designs on Etsy. Her designs are the best and she is so easy and fun to work with. For this event she made a matching insert with where the bride & groom were registered!
The event was a "wine" theme. We had five different dishes which were each paired with a different varietal of wine. The bride & groom love wine tastings so we really played up that fact. Favors were miniature wine bottles, I hate that the detail picture came out so blurry!
The guestbook was super fun, it was a cookbook and each dish is paired with a wine! Guests had so much fun flipping through and signing the pages. And I know the bride & groom will enjoy discovering everyone's messages as the cook throughout their marriage.
A dear friend of mine did the desserts. Sugar cookies and petite fours were such a big hit!
This event was so fun to put together and watching the bride and groom find all of the little details throughout the night was such a joy!
